Scott McIntyre is currently in his 8th term as Chairman of the CfPA’s Board of Directors and has served in leadership since formation in 2012, including four terms as President & Chair.
Professionally, Scott is an active proponent of regenerative agriculture underpinning his vision for a robust domestic Industrial Hemp landscape. Thomas Lawson is vice president of private issuer services for VIA Folio, Folio’s private capital network. In his role at VIA Folio, he provides legal and regulatory guidance to business development and operations. As part of this work, he supports VIA Folio’s online transactions in unlisted securities. Prior to joining Folio, Tom was a chief counsel for the enforcement department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and assistant director of enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
